Ten thoughts and two ideas for each day. Implement them and disseminate them

1 I am here, then I’m alive

2. my body answer me, then I have health

3. my mind thinks in positive

4. have enough food, even me sobra

5 I have home and comfort

6. There is peace and harmony where I live

7. my loved ones are well

8. every day that passes me all that, I’m pleased and happy!

9. I am loved, I love of so many people…

10 days with bad news, I am learning to digest them and forget them.

11 see the positive side of things, there is almost always (sometimes hidden)

12 relax and enjoy small, everyday things… They are everywhere – that you do not pass unnoticed…
